1. The defense of necessity may apply in California if someone commits a crime in an emergency to prevent greater harm. In these circumstances, the legal system may excuse the criminal act or find that no crime occurred process.
2. Karen Christopher's Attorneys, Rossi Hamerslough, Reichle and Chuck, in connection with Ray and Jinaye Conley-Nasmeh, did threaten to murder Don's Step son, Kevin Rizzi, on July 29th, 2023 in front of his notary. They also threatened to get bogus warrants to jail him for no reason, simply because he did not go along with an embezzlement scam by Karen and her attorneys. A week later, Kevin was in handcuffs for a warrant that never existed and was forced to flee the state.
3. Karen has a history of using violence and taking children, as was the case in 2011-2012 when Karen colluded with Former Sheriff Laurie Smith, found guilty on all charges of public corruption,. Kevin Spent 10 months in jail for things like credit card fraud for using his own credit card, and for posting flyer about the political corruption taking place. All 6 felonies in 2012 were scrubbed from existence after it was determined that Don and Karen had bribed law enforcement and the Courts.
4. Digital copies stored on devices are ok, family uses the word "garlic" a lot in their passwords, this recovery effort is fully protected as an emergency intervention to stop criminal activity in a life threatening situation.
5. The ethical hacking of any of the suspects devices has been cleared by US Court Marshalls and local law enforcement.
